Ever wondered if you’ve got what it takes to complete a military fitness test?
We got one of our favourite Myprotein athletes, Reece Williamson, to try the U.S. Air Force physical fitness test to see if he’s got what it takes.
Being a bodybuilder and personal trainer, we knew that Reece would probably be more at home in the weights section of a gym, rather than taking on a long-distance run. We were interested to see whether his training skills would be transferable and could be applied to passing military fitness standards.
