Healthy BBQ Chicken Pizza Recipe – Under 500kcals! | Myprotein

Looking for a low-calorie pizza recipe? Try this easy homemade BBQ chicken pizza now.

@Ellie Hoad (who you may know better as @ellena_fit on Instagram) is serving up yet another super-simple, macro-friendly recipe. Her healthy BBQ chicken pizza comes in at under 500 calories per serving, making it an ideal fit for any time of day or any training plan you’re following.

We’ll definitely be giving this a go later!

Ingredients:
• 70g self-raising flour
• ½ tsp. baking powder
• 70g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
• Myprotein Sugar-Free Sauce (BBQ)
• ½ red pepper (sliced)
• ½ red onion (sliced)
• 100g cooked chicken breast
• 30g low-fat cheddar (grated)

Method:
1) Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2) In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder and Greek yoghurt and mix together to form a dough.
3) Roll out the dough (carefully!) into a pizza base, using a little extra flour to prevent it from sticking to the rolling pin or your fingers.
4) If you’re making a stuffed crust like Ellie, add a circle of grated cheese around the edge of the dough and fold over. Secure the edges with a little water to stick.
5) Next add plenty of Myprotein BBQ Sugar-Free Sauce and spread out into an even layer. Then add your toppings and plenty of cheese.
6) Cook for 20 minutes or until nice and golden brown.
