Only 79kcal per brownie 😩
These incredible high protein biscoff brownies are the perfect healthy treat to banish sweet-tooth cravings with natural ingredients.
Recipe by Zac Kerr:
Ingredients:
50g Flour
30g Myprotein Chocolate Smooth Whey
3g Bi Carb Soda
40g Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Sweetener (this was 90g Stevia for me)
45g Biscoff Spread
250g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
120ml Almond Milk
2 x Biscoff Biscuits
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C and line a baking pan with baking paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, sift in your flour, protein, cocoa powder, sweetener and bi carb soda, then whisk to combine.
3. Once your dry mixture is combined, add the yoghurt, almond milk and melted choc spread then mix to create your brownie batter.
4. Pour into your brownie tray and top with broken up Biscoff biscuits, then place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. When you remove them, you’ll want them to be slightly undercooked as they’ll continue to cook in the pan while they’re cooling.
5. Slice into 12 and smash 8 of them down before you’ve even realised what has happened because you have no self control with brownies.
