Pancake Skewers – A Perfect Protein Breakfast | Myprotein

This recipe uses just 3 ingredients:
2 scoops of Myprotein pancake mix (I used the maple syrup flavour)
100ml of oat milk
~200g of fresh fruit (I have used fresh berries and bananas)

In a shaker bottle add milk and 2 scoops of pancake mix.
Mix.
Pour into a squeeze condiment bottle.

In a preheated pan pour the pancake mix to create mini pancakes.
They are so small they will cook very quickly ~ 45 secs to 1 min for one side.
Flip and cook the other side. You know when they are ready to flip when they don’t stick to the pan anymore.

~24 mini pancakes (8 skewers)
