The pancake stack you’ve been dreaming of ft. limited edition pistachio ice cream impact whey🍦
Ingredients:
– 80g Banana
– 50g Fat free greek yoghurt
– 1x Egg
– 20g Plain Flour
– 15g Impact Whey pistachio ice cream protein powder
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
Filling/topping:
– 200g Fat free greek yoghurt
– 15g Impact Whey pistachio ice cream protein powder
– 10x pistachio nuts
Method
– Combine all of the wet ingredients in a bowl and then mix in the dry ingredients.
– Heat a large pan/skillet and spray with frylight, then spoon your mixture onto the hot pan.
– Once the pancakes are golden on both sides, remove from the pan and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
– Meanwhile, grab a bowl and mix together your greek yoghurt and protein powder.
– Layer up your pancakes and pistachio filling then top with your chopped pistachio nuts and ENJOY!
