In our brand new series, FITTEST, we’re putting 4 brave volunteers through their paces to see what happens when regular people train like elite athletes. Yep, some of our very own staff members are trying out workouts that have been designed by our top ambassadors (under the expert guidance of our Myprotein PT, Chris Broomhead, of course).
In this second episode, the team take on a workout designed by the king of calisthenics himself, @Austindunhamfit. He pushes them to their limits with some of the most challenging bodyweight exercises out there, including forward lean push ups, one arm pull ups, pistol squats, and L-sit to dips.
